Local, sustainable, and with the authentic flavor of the Berkshires, Woodlife Farm Market is situated on 150 acres of lush farmland in New Lebanon, New York. Owned by Michael Patten since 2021, Woodlife invites customers to explore the bounty of locally sourced goodness.
Since 2017, Patten’s Woodlife Ranch in Williamstown, Massachusetts, has been committed to sustainable farming. The ranch boasts apple orchards, 2,000 tapped maple trees, and 13 buzzing beehives. The Farm Market, unveiled in May 2023, showcases the ranch’s small-batch maple syrup, raw honey, and farm-fresh produce. Woodlife also offers culinary delights such as fresh produce, local products, a meat and fish market, baked goods, soups, deli sandwiches, and the comforting fare of Woodlife Kitchen, including Chef Peter’s renowned BBQ meals from the smoker. Outside, visitors can explore the new playground, fields of produce, flowers, Christmas trees, trails, three ponds, with access to the 11,000-acre Pittsfield State Forest. Travel on foot, bicycle, or even snowshoes, as Woodlife Farm will be open daily all year round.
