Fire Cider

Shire City Herbals has expanded production and distribution of their health tonic, Fire Cider. Amy Huebner and Dana St. Pierre created the potion as an outgrowth of their personal health practices and for Amy’s health coaching clients. Fire Cider is a spicy update of the traditional New England cure-all of apple cider vinegar and honey, with the added kick of eight certified organic roots and fruits. Look for Fire Cider at the Berkshire Co-op Market, Guido’s, Wild Oats, The Meat Market and Berkshire Organics. Watch for their new recipe book, describing the many ways to use Fire Cider as a marinate, cocktail mixer, etc., due to be released December, just in time for the holidays.
