
Gochujang Marinade

Gochujang is a Korean red chili, fermented soybean, and rice condiment that adds a spicy and savory depth to many recipes.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pound firm tofu
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, gochujang, vinegar, and honey together, and brush onto large cubes of tofu. Let marinate overnight or as long as possible in the fridge before pan searing over medium-high heat until caramelized and hot throughout.
