Greylock WORKS is the mixed-use revitalization of the former Greylock Mills campus in North Adams. Built between 1872 and 1914, the buildings are being brought back to life by the team at LATENT Builds. The 240,000-square-foot redevelopment on nine acres currently hosts community and private events, vibrant co-work spaces, craft food and beverage production, a Culinary LAB, a farm-to-table restaurant, yoga and movement classes, artist studios, and an annual FESTIVE Holiday Market and weekly Sunday “mini maker markets.” Construction is underway on the first 24 residential LOFTS at Greylock WORKS, where sustainability, wellness, and synergistic programming are touchstones. The stunning loft homes (featured below) range from 900 square feet to over 2,500 square feet, with dramatic ceiling heights, exposed brick and timber structure, and reclaimed wood floors. Common areas include a sun-filled double-height lobby, a quiet library, a restorative sauna, and a rooftop gathering space with 360-degree mountain views.
